The finding is no surprise \u2013 unused muscles grow weak. But it is not a verdict on AI; it is a verdict on one particular way of using it.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Do You Use AI So That It Makes You Smarter?<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Think first, then challenge the AI: \u201cWhat am I missing? Argue against me.\u201d<\/li><li>Use AI as a critic, not just a producer \u2013 request counter-positions instead of confirmation.<\/li><li>Always verify and refine results: the last thinking step stays with the human.<\/li><li>Deliberately train your thinking muscles: keep practicing core competencies, delegate routine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Does This Mean for Your Company Culture?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teams adopt the usage culture of their leadership. Where only output counts, AI becomes a shortcut machine \u2013 including the risks of unchecked results. Where judgment remains in demand, it becomes a training partner.
